Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled by calling the office Monday thru Friday, between the hours of 8AM and 5PM. Please call (919) 553-3900, Option 0.
In order to allow enough time for your visit, our staff will ask you questions about the nature of your visit when you call.
While we do schedule routine physicals and follow-up visits in advance, we also make every effort to accommodate your acute illnesses and injuries the same day if necessary.
In the case of an emergency, we will make every effort to either see you immediately or direct you to the nearest emergency department.
Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule.
We value you as a patient and are completely committed to providing you with the highest standards of medical care!!
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, we request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This courtesy, on your part, makes it possible for our scheduling staff to reallocate the time that had been set aside for you to another patient. Our staff will be able to either cancel or reschedule your appointment. We do charge a “no show” fee for patients that disregard this request.
Timeliness
While we do our very best to see patients at their scheduled appointment times, occasionally there are circumstances beyond our control which may place a provider behind schedule. Because it is our ultimate goal to provide each and every individual patient with quality care, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation - especially during the busier times of year.
We also realize that your time is valuable, so we would appreciate it if you notify any member of our staff if you have been waiting more than 20 minutes beyond your scheduled appointment time.
Patients that arrive late for their appointments may be asked to reschedule the appointment.
Billing / Payment
We participate with most insurance carriers and we will automatically file primary and/or secondary insurance claims with those companies.
Your insurance company requires our office to collect co-payments, deductibles, and coinsurance amounts at the time of service. If you are unable to make your payment according to the terms of your insurance policy at time of check-in, you will not be seen by the provider.
Self-pay patients, or patients who pay the entire bill for services incurred in this office, are expected to pay in full at the time of service.
Our staff will verify your demographic information (address/telephone numbers) and ask to see your insurance cards at the time of every visit in order to be certain that all of our records are kept accurate and up to date.
Forms of payment accepted by the office are cash, personal checks, money orders and the following debit and credit cards. There is a $35 processing fee for any checks that are returned unpaid.
